Responsibilities of Accountant includes : - Assist in the preparation of financial reports suchn as financial statements and budget performance - Ensure compliance with applicable standards , rules , regulation , and system of internal control - Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal . - Prepare , fulfill and distributes checks - Scan file and load accounting document - Prepare and fact - check invoices before sending them to customers
